669f5d1cb0
Convert the entire app to Kotlin (#50) 
- Remove all Java code and replace it with Kotlin equivalent
- Use KTX versions of all libraries to extend them with Kotlin functionality
- Migrate Okio to its latest version which is written in Kotlin.
